PIP Navigator (pipnavigator.co.uk) is a peer-support resource that helps PIP claimants in England and Wales describe their daily difficulties using wording aligned to PIP descriptors. It is not a legal service, benefits advice service, or medical evidence provider.

Not professional advice

Everything on this website and in our guides is peer support based on lived experience. It is not legal advice, professional benefits advice, or medical evidence. We do not guarantee any particular outcome for your PIP claim.

Products and delivery

Our guides are digital PDF products delivered instantly via Gumroad after purchase. Once you complete checkout, you will receive a download link by email and on the confirmation page.

• Free guides use Gumroad's pay-what-you-want pricing with a minimum price of £0. You can download for free or choose to contribute any amount.
• Paid guides are priced as shown on the product page at the time of purchase.

All prices are in GBP. Gumroad's checkout may display a USD equivalent — your card will be charged in GBP at the listed price.

Refunds

Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have a problem with your purchase, email hello@pipnavigator.co.uk and we will do our best to help.

Jurisdiction

Our guides cover PIP as administered by the DWP in England and Wales only. They do not cover:

• Scotland — where PIP has been replaced by Adult Disability Payment (ADP)
• Northern Ireland — where PIP is administered by the Department for Communities (DfC), not the DWP

If you are in Scotland or Northern Ireland, this content is not written for your claim.

Limitation of liability

We provide our guides in good faith based on lived experience and publicly available DWP guidance. We are not liable for the outcome of any PIP claim, mandatory reconsideration, or tribunal appeal. PIP decisions are made by DWP assessors based on individual circumstances.
